Lemon-Ginger Healing Tonic Tea Recipe

**This tea will aid in the healing of many ailments mentioned above when consumed regularly**

(2) 3 inch pieces of organic fresh ginger 
2 lemons, squeezed
4-6 cups fresh water
cayenne pepper + raw honey 
Wash ginger and cut or peel away the skin. Juice lemons. Add ginger and lemon juice (and pulp) to water in a saucepan, cover and bring to a  boil. Reduce to simmer for 3-4 minutes before serving. Add a tsp of honey if you’d like (raw honey has great healing enzymes as well), and cayenne powder which helps heal inflammation and reduces pain.
