AYA: Adversity Builds Endurance

AYA is the Ghanaian Adinkra symbol representing endurance and resourcefulness. As per the Adinkra Dictionary by Willis, it states that the fern is a hardy plant that can grow in difficult
places.

"An individual who wears this symbol suggests that he/she has endured many adversities and outlasted much difficulty."

Where does your strength and endurance lie? What have you overcome that has made you the galactic being that you are?

Adversity builds strength and character; for without it, you would be weaklings. When others look at you, they are in awe for they know not how you became who you are. They may question it, or even try to duplicate it. But if they have not endured the struggle and then the triumph thereafter, their efforts to become a knock-off of you will be done in vein.

You are the opposite of common. And it is only because of your individuality, capabilities  and your unusual experiences that have made you that magnificent and talented person that you are today. Relish in your perfection!
